Refund Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This policy applies to paid sessions booked with Pulse FieldBase Learning Library: First dApp Builder Workshop, Developer Tooling Orientation, and One-on-One Mentoring Hour.
Deposits
Workshop reservations require a 30% deposit. Deposits are transferable to a later date once. A second reschedule forfeits the deposit unless we cancel the session.
Full refund eligibility
- Cancel 14 or more days before the session start: full refund of amounts paid, including deposit.
- Pulse FieldBase cancels due to instructor illness or venue issue: full refund or transfer at your choice.
Partial refund
- Cancel 7–13 days before start: 50% refund of total session fee; deposit applied toward the non-refunded portion first.
- Cancel fewer than 7 days before start: no refund, but you may send a substitute participant if you notify us by email.
Non-refundable items
- Printed glossary booklets already shipped domestically.
- Mentoring hours where you no-show without 24-hour notice.
- Custom curriculum design work performed before cancellation of a private engagement.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule per booking when requested at least 7 days ahead and a new date is available within 90 days. Tooling orientation and mentoring may reschedule once with 48-hour notice.
No-shows
Missing a confirmed mentoring slot without notice consumes the full hour fee. Workshop no-shows forfeit that day’s seat without partial refund.
Work already started
If you withdraw mid-workshop after day one begins, we refund only the unused day proportional to the remaining curriculum, minus materials already provided.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original bank transfer account within 10 business days. We email confirmation when initiated.
How to request
Email hello@pulse-fieldbase.click with your booking name, session date, and reason. Include the phone number +82-4-853-2167 in your message header if urgent within 48 hours of a session.
Exceptions
Force majeure events (government restrictions, natural disasters) are handled with credit toward future sessions before cash refunds where possible.
